Ukrainian military destroys Russian boats
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense took out two Russian KS-701 Tuna type boats using Magura V5 maritime attack drones. To neutralize sea drones approaching Uzkaya Bay, Russians in Crimea scrambled military aircraft in the sky 32 times, especially Su-27/30/35, MiG-29, Be-12, An-26 and Ka- 27/ helicopter 29. and Mi-8. The enemy also randomly used small arms and 30 mm cannon.
The Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine clarified that as a result of the Magura V5 naval drone attack in Crimea, two Russian KS-701 Tuna boats were destroyed, and two more were hit. The Chief Intelligence Director noted that the Russians used these boats for logistics and patrolling the waters of the temporarily occupied peninsula.
The Tuna is a diesel boat with an aluminum hull. Length – 8.8 m, width – 2.5 m, passenger capacity – up to six people. Such boats are mainly used by the Russian border guards and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Germany announced a new military aid package for Ukraine
The new aid package includes leopard tanks, IRIS-T surface-to-air missiles, drones, artillery ammunition, small arms ammunition and spare parts for howitzers and armored vehicles. Germany will finance training courses for Ukrainian technicians. The package also includes funding for interference-free satellite communications.
The Czech Republic will increase the shipment of shells to Ukraine
The Ukrainian armed forces will receive from 50 to 100 thousand large-caliber ammunition monthly as part of the Czech initiative. This was stated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. The Ukrainian military will receive the first shells as part of the initiative in June.
The Russians hit the building of an educational institution in the Kharkov region
The enemy attacked the front-line settlement of Borovsk community of Izyum district. As a result of the shelling, a one-story building of an educational institution was destroyed and a fire broke out in an area of about 600 sq.m.

Ukraine has stopped exporting sugar to the European Union
The government introduced licensing for the export of some products to the member states of the European Union, including sugar. The decision was made to comply with the conditions for the export of certain goods in the customs territory of the EU within the framework of temporary trade liberalization measures. Ukraine’s sugar exports to the EU reached 262,600 tons – the amount specified in the EU as Ukraine’s quota for 2024. Spain passes amnesty law for Catalan separatists
The Spanish Parliament has passed an amnesty law that ends the legal prosecution of participants in the attempted secession from Catalonia in 2017. The adoption of the law provides amnesty for more than 300 participants in the initiative, including the former leader of the Catalan government, Carles Puigdemont.
