This was reported on the battalion’s page.
Before the full-scale invasion, the girl was the manager of the reform of “Public”, and also implemented educational projects in remote villages of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. At the beginning of the invasion, the girl took the position of crew chief in the Hospitallers.
To live through this period in some kind of travel, universities, educational programs, exchanges and so on, of course, would be interesting and would be nice, but none of the young people in the world have the opportunity to fight for their own freedom, Irina previously said in an interview with Public ”
The paramedic did not live to see her birthday for several days, the battalion’s page reported.
We have no words. Nobody still believes what happened. This is an unspeakable pain and an incredible loss not only for the battalion but for the whole of Ukraine,” wrote fellow defenders.
“Cheka” said: “The only choice about freedom in a country where there is war… the only story about freedom in this context is the fight for this freedom.”
I want kids. I want a house. I want to plant tomatoes… but ending the war is the most important thing,” said the paramedic.
War is the worst place I’ve ever been, but it gives a ticket to real life, to a world of genuine independence, it stigmatizes the knowledge of the fleeting nature of existence,” added “Cheka.”
The battalion will announce farewell to Irina Tsybukh later.
