The head of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Administration, Sergei Lysak, announced this in his Telegram channel.
This morning in the city two men, aged 64 and 52, were wounded by shrapnel. The enemy struck the city with heavy artillery. The library, store and power lines were damaged.
A 52-year-old man died in hospital after he came under artillery fire in the morning. The doctors fought for him, but the injuries turned out to be incompatible with life, Lysak said.
After lunch, Russian troops killed another person in the city.
The fiends sent a kamikaze drone towards an ambulance. The 54-year-old driver died. His 53-year-old wife was injured. The woman was hospitalized in serious condition, Lysak noted.
