The invaders captured the village of Umanskoye, located in the Pokrovsky district of the Donetsk region. The enemy also advanced into Ivanovka, a village in the Kupyansky district of the Kharkov region. This was reported by military analysts of the DeepState project.
The enemy has occupied Umanskoe, the message says.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not yet confirmed this information. The report for 11.00 on May 26 reports that the intensity of hostilities in the Pokrovsky direction is recorded as quite high. Since the beginning of the day, the Russians have attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces almost 14 times.
Ukrainian defenders repelled six attacks. Eight military clashes are still ongoing in the areas of Novoaleksandrovka, Kalinovoy, Sokol and Nevelskoye. The General Staff assures that the Defense Forces are taking measures to prevent the enemy from advancing.
Let us remind you that on May 25, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the Pokrovsky direction of the front is now the most difficult, because the intensity of attacks there has tripled. The situation is also difficult in the Kharkov direction, where the enemy is attacking with the use of guided bombs.
