Russia’s losses in the war exceeded 500 thousand military personnel

During the day, 15 tanks, 11 armored combat vehicles, 27 artillery systems, two MLRS, an air defense system, and four UAVs were destroyed.

Russian losses since the beginning of the full invasion of Ukraine have exceeded 500 thousand people. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on May 25.

In total, liquidated:

• tanks – 7650 (+15) units;

• armored combat vehicles – 14,786 (+11) units;

• artillery system – 12,929 (+27) units;

• MLRS – 1082 (+2) units;

• air defense systems – 814 (+1) units;

• aircraft – 356 units;

• helicopters – 326 units;

• Operational-tactical level UAV – 10,414 (+4) units;

• cruise missiles – 2209 units;

• ship/boat – 27 units;

• submarines – 1 unit;

• vehicle equipment and tank trucks – 17608 (+39) units;

• special equipment – 2104 (+3) units.
