An official investigation has been ordered into this matter. At the same time, the military registration and enlistment office adds that, “unfortunately, there are cases when VLK doctors recognize those liable for military service as fit for service, but subsequently tragedies occur.”
In February, a man mobilized by the regional TCC died in the Odessa region. He suffered from epilepsy. The man died on the first day of service.
At the beginning of May 2024, a military serviceman suddenly died in the TCC in Krivoy Rog due to an epileptic attack. Employees of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional TsK and SP stated that they called an ambulance, and until its arrival the man was provided with medical assistance. Patrol police officers who arrived on call confirmed biological death without signs of physical impact, according to the military registration and enlistment office.
