Citizens removed from military registration due to travel abroad are required to arrive in person at the TCC by June 16.
Citizens of Ukraine who were removed from the military register due to leaving Ukraine for more than three months are required to register with the military by personally coming to the TCC before June 16. This is stated in the order of Government No. 563.
Ukrainians aged 18 to 60 years must clarify their personal data within 60 days at TCC or through Administrative Services Centers and electronic account (Reserve+ application). Until July 16 inclusive.
At the same time, citizens of Ukraine who were removed from the military register in connection with leaving the country for more than three months are required to register with the military within 30 days from the entry into force of Resolution No. 563 of May 16.
According to the document, this can be done by personally coming to the TCC of your choice. That is, go to Ukraine and register before June 16th.
Thus, Ukrainian men and women responsible for military service (medics and pharmacists) abroad are subject to registration on the same principles as those in the country.
“Military registration of Ukrainian citizens permanently or temporarily staying abroad is carried out by district (city) TCCs, SBU bodies, and relevant units of intelligence agencies on a general basis,” said resolution.
Meanwhile, conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists traveling abroad are no longer removed from the military registry at TCC.
In addition, foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine will provide information on conscripts aged 18 to 25 who are under permanent or temporary consular registration. They will also notify those liable for military service and reservists without delay from mobilization and facilitate their return to Ukraine.
Diplomatic institutions will report on the registration of permanent or temporary consular registration or its removal by the TCC, SBU bodies, and relevant units of intelligence agencies in the area of their military registration.
According to the mobilization law, Ukrainians abroad must also update their credentials by July 16. This can be done remotely by phone, email or through the Reserve+ application.
In April, by decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, foreign diplomatic institutions stopped providing consular services to men of military age. On May 18, applications continued. However, men aged 18-60 must submit a military registration document with their application. After June 18 only in electronic form.
We remind you that on May 18 a new mobilization law in Ukraine was implemented. Now citizens have 60 days to update data in TCCs, TsNAP and the Reserve+ application. The Ministry of Defense explained what the consequences are for refusing to update the data in the TCC.
