The TCC can serve Ukrainians with summonses around the clock.

This is provided for by a government resolution adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Subpoenas can be served on reservists and those liable for military service at the address of their place of residence or the address of their declared or registered place of residence, work or study. This is stated in Cabinet Resolution No. 560.
Also, a summons can be issued in public places, public buildings and structures, crowded places, TCCs, at checkpoints, and checkpoints across the state border.
TCC representatives have the right to serve subpoenas within the administrative territory covered by the authority of the relevant Territorial Acquisition Center.
Representatives of the Regional State Administration can issue a summons within the administrative territory covered by the authority of the corresponding district or city state administration. Representatives of the executive bodies of rural, town, city, district in cities (when they are formed) councils can serve a subpoena within the administrative boundaries of settlements.
At work, representatives of enterprises, institutions or organizations can issue a subpoena. Throughout Ukraine, SBU officers and representatives of the relevant division of intelligence agencies can issue subpoenas.
Let us remind you that the Ministry of Defense stated that TCC representatives, employers and police officers have the right to serve subpoenas. A summons that is issued under a personal signature is considered to have been served. There are no other options available yet.
