Department representative Dmitry Lazutkin emphasized that in accordance with the provisions of No. 563 of the Procedure for organizing and maintaining military records of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists, approved by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, a summons can be served by:
- representatives of executive bodies, village, town and city councils;
- employers, heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations;
In addition to serving subpoenas, they can also notify and familiarize themselves with orders about the need to arrive at the TCC.
A summons issued under a personal signature is considered served. There are no other options available yet.
In the Reserve+ application, 260 thousand people liable for military service updated their data, said a representative of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. According to Lazutkin, 80 times more people used the application to update data than the services of CNAPs.
