On the night of May 19, explosions were heard in the area of this refinery. They wrote online that the plant was attacked by drones and there was a fire. Russian propaganda announced the shutdown of the enterprise in the Krasnodar region.
The head of the Slavyansky district of Kuban, Sinyagovsky, reported in his Telegram that six drones fell on the territory of the refinery at night.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the “destruction or interception” of 57 drones over the Krasnodar region. The occupiers claim to have “shot down” three more UAVs over the Belgorod region and one drone allegedly over Crimea.
As you know, this is not the first time the oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban has been attacked. The first attack occurred in March. A fire then broke out at the enterprise. The second attack occurred on April 27 – then Ukrainian UAVs hit two oil refineries in the Krasnodar region of Russia – Ilsky and Slavyansky. Then there were arrivals at the Kushchevskaya military airfield.
Let us recall that on May 19, Russian propaganda announced that a drone had “fallen” onto the territory of an oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban. Also, after the UAV attack, a fire broke out at an oil depot in Vyborg, Leningrad Region.
