Workers of critical fuel and energy and IT enterprises will be booked without restrictions – this is what the government has decided.
The government has made changes in the Procedure for reservation of military personnel. Employees of critical fuel and energy and IT businesses will be booked without restrictions. This is stated in the resolution dated May 14.
It is mentioned that employees of fuel and energy complex enterprises responsible for military service, the list of which is approved by the Ministry of Energy, and enterprises that provide electronic communication services, determined by the Ministry of Digital Development which is critical, is subject to reservation regardless of military rank, age and military specialty. These businesses are not subject to restrictions on the number of military personnel subject to reservation.
In addition, employees of contractors who perform construction, repair, restoration, manufacture and/or furnish equipment, provide services, and perform other engineering and technical activities to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of United Energy System and the gas transportation system of Ukraine are subject to reservation.
It was previously reported that the Ministry of Economy has booked conscripts from companies Glovo, Visa, and Favbet Tech for the mobilization period. This decision involved a stormy reaction in society.
We remind you that on May 7, the Cabinet of Ministers extended the deadline for all existing mobilization reservations by one month.
