Explosions were heard in the Sevastopol area, temporarily occupied by the Russians, in Crimea. The Russians claim that the air defenses are working because of the drone attack. Local Telegram channels write this on Friday, May 17.
The so-called governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, also reported the attack. According to him, the invaders shot down the drones with small arms.
“Currently, many things have been destroyed, there is no damage to civilian infrastructure,” he assured.
Meanwhile, the Crimean Wind channel reports that after the explosions that took place in Crimea in Sevastopol and Balakleya, the light has partially disappeared.

It is also said that the possible target of the drones is the Balaklava Thermal Power Plant.
Earlier, the media reported that on the night of May 15, two Russian MiG-31 aircraft, an S-400 anti-aircraft complex and a fuel warehouse were destroyed by a missile strike in Crimea.
Tonight there was a new attack on the Belbek airfield in Sevastopol. According to media reports, a gas station was destroyed.
