During the day, 146 military clashes were recorded on the front. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced this in a report on the evening of Sunday, May 12.

In total, Russian troops carried out six missile and 57 air strikes, and fired 41 multiple launch rocket systems at positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.

In the direction of Kharkov, the enemy carried out 10 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Lukyantsy, Glubokoe, Volchansk, Bugrovatka in the Kharkov region. Air strikes were carried out in the areas of the settlements of Granov, Liptsy, Veseloye, Neskuchnoye, Staritsa, Zarechnoye, Zeleny Yar, Gontarevka, Tomakhovka, Yurchenkovo, Volchansk in the Kharkov region. About 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar shelling, including Liptsy, Neskuchnoye, Staritsa, Volchansk in the Kharkov region.

At the direction of Kupyansky, soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled nine attacks in the areas of the settlements of Petropavlovka and Berestovo, Kharkov region; Stelmakhovka, Andreevka, Lugansk region, where the enemy tried to improve the tactical situation.

In the direction of Liman, 15 attacks were repelled in the areas of settlements of Novoegorovka, Makeevka and Serebryansky forestry in the Lugansk region; Terny Donetsk region, where the Russians, with aviation support, tried to break through the defenses.

In the direction of Seversky, 10 attacks were repelled in the areas of Belogorovka settlements in the Lugansk region; Verkhnekamennoe, Spornoe, Vyemka, Razdolovka, Donetsk region.

In the direction of Kramatorsk, 16 attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Grigorovka, Novy, Andreevka and south of Ivanovo, Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to improve the tactical situation.

In the Toretsk direction, the invaders did not conduct offensive operations (attacks), but conducted air strikes in the areas of Druzhba and New York settlements in the Donetsk region.

At the direction of Pokrovsky, 30 attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Novoaleksandrovka, Sokol, Novopokrovskoye, Umanskoye, Yasnobrodovka, Netaylovo, Donetsk region, where the enemy, with aviation support, tried to oust the units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. from their occupied lines.

Under the direction of Kurakhovsky, the Defense Forces continued to suppress the Russians in the area of ​​the village of Krasnogorovka, where the invaders, with the support of aviation, tried to break through the defense four times.

In the direction of Vremiv, the defenders repelled 16 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Vodyanoye, Urozhainoye, Staromayorskoye, Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to expel the units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from their occupied line.

In the Gulyai-Polye direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) operations, but conducted artillery and mortar attacks on the settlements of Krasnoye and Zelenaya Roshcha in the Zaporozhye region.

At the direction of Orekhovsky, the enemy twice attacked the positions of the Ukrainian defenders in the Robotinoye area of ​​the Zaporozhye region. In the direction of the Dnieper, the enemy did not conduct offensive (attack) operations during the day.

During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces and units of the missile forces carried out strikes on artillery, an electronic warfare station, a UAV control center and 15 places where Russian personnel, weapons and military equipment are concentrated.

We remind you that in the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liquidated 1,260 invaders. Since the start of the full-scale war against Ukraine, the Russian army has lost 482,290 soldiers.
