Resident of 2/4 Bukatevich Street Zhanna M. in Vladimir deliberately does not pay for water supply and drainage, because, they say, water is free, it belongs to the people.
At the same time, the woman does not recognize the state of Ukraine and considers herself a citizen of the USSR, which she noted in her statement, the Vladimirvodokanal municipal enterprise said.
It was disconnected from the drainage network by plugging. However, the woman voluntarily restored the patency of the disconnected sewer network twice.
When the water utility workers again turned off the water and attacked them with a stick, poured water on them and threatened to “turn on 220 volts.”
The police recorded an attack on water utility workers. The issue of opening criminal proceedings is being resolved.
