The killer and rapist of a 17-year-old girl in Lugansk became a former convicted participant in the war in Ukraine, serving a sentence for the murder of a woman. TG channel ASTRA reported this.
It was noted that a citizen of the Russian Federation, a native of the Vladimir region, 33-year-old Andrei Kurbasov, admitted that he raped a girl in a car, and then, fearing that he would be caught, stabbed he in the heart. Kurbasov buried the girl’s body in a forest belt and covered it with stones.
Kurbasov is reportedly a former prisoner who was recruited to fight in the war in Ukraine. According to his relatives, he left the colony for the war a year and a half ago.
He was sent to prison in 2016 for drug possession and killing a woman. Kurbasov, while drunk, brutally beat the woman and then strangled the victim. He was then sentenced to 9 years and 6 months in prison. Before this, the man was also convicted of robbery, car theft and assault.
