This was announced on May 8 by the speaker of the operational-strategic group of troops “Khortitsa”, Lieutenant Colonel Voloshin.
According to the officer, enemy groups are cut off from supplies of ammunition. Voloshin also said that the enemy is carrying out assaults near the village of Netailovo and is trying to storm the eastern part of Pervomaisky.
The enemy broke into the city in small assault groups and settled in the territory of the fireproof plant. Through the efforts of our units, including the 59th brigade, the enemy was blocked and he is still there. Our defenders have complete fire control over Krasnogorovka and the surrounding area. Over the past 24 hours, the defenders destroyed about 30 enemies on the approaches to the city,” Nazar Voloshin said on Army TV.
