The former editor-in-chief of the publication Right Post went to the front from the first days of the mass invasion.
Military serviceman, former editor-in-chief of the publication Right Step Alexander Mashlay died on May 7 at the direction of Avdeevsky during a combat mission. The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Speech reported this on its Facebook page.
“Alexander was brought up Plast – National Scout Organization of Ukraine, is an activist in Rivne and Volyn regions, a member Nationalist Youth Congressin 2004 – PORA civil campaign co-coordinator (black) in the Rivne region,” the message said.
Since 2005 he has been a member of the public organization National Allianceorganizer and co-organizer of patriotic youth camps, teren games and events.
Mashlay volunteered for the front at the beginning of the Russian invasion. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
According to the Institute of Mass Information, he became the 80th media worker to die as a result of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.
