The heads of the geocadastre of the Nikolaev region, without conducting proper checks, issued orders on the free transfer of ownership of lands to people who had previously exercised this right.
SBI employees reported suspicion to three former heads of the State Geocadastre State Administration in the Nikolaev region, who illegally provided land plots for privatization. The SBI press service reported this on Tuesday, May 7.
It is reported that for a long time, the heads of the State Geocadastre State Institution in the Nikolaev region, without conducting proper checks, issued orders on the free transfer of ownership of land plots to those person who has previously taken advantage of this right.
In total, the investigation revealed 11 cases of illegal land transfer with a total area of more than 20 hectares.
The said lands were confiscated, and the former officials were informed of the suspicion of official negligence.
The punishment of the relevant article provides punishment in the form of a fine, correctional labor or restriction of freedom with the removal of the right to hold certain positions for up to three years.
Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation reported that they will prosecute a TCC officer who unjustifiably seized vehicles worth UAH 11 million.
