This was done not by Ukrainian defenders, but by Russian occupiers. On the contrary, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are repairing the bridge in order to have communication lines. A Russian drone attacked a Ukrainian truck as it was delivering construction materials. The press secretary of the operational-strategic group of troops “Khortitsa” Nazar Voloshin stated this on air at the telethon.
I can note that the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not blow up the bridge across the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal. On the contrary, it was that our units were rebuilding this bridge in order to have communication routes. And just when the process was going on, when our truck was there and brought construction materials, FPV drones hit it,” he said.
The speaker of the OSV Khortitsa added that no one was killed as a result of the attack, but the car was damaged.
Currently, Vremya Yar is controlled by the Ukrainian military. Active hostilities continue day and night. In recent days, the enemy has not made any territorial gains there; there are no occupiers in the city.
Let us recall that the Ukrainian command recently stated that the enemy had concentrated 20-25 thousand military personnel in the Temporary Direction. The Avdeevskoe, Bakhmutskoe and Novopavlovskoe directions are now the most difficult, the Russians are pulling forces here from other directions.
