The Main Intelligence Directorate hit a Russian high-speed boat with a naval drone in the Uzko Bay area of temporarily occupied Crimea, the interlocutor of the UP in the Main Intelligence Directorate reported.
According to the UP source, on the night of May 6, in the area of Uzkaya Bay (Chernomorskoe district), as a result of a power steering operation at the base point, a Magura V5 sea drone hit a high-speed boat of the Russian invaders.
At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defense traditionally reported that “up to five naval drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces” were destroyed, but “there were no losses or injuries.”
Meanwhile, at the entrance to Sevastopol Bay, the Russian military is installing additional barges to protect against Ukrainian naval drones. The first two barges were sunk there from April 5 to April 10, reports the monitoring group of the Crimean Wind public website, citing satellite imagery.
Thus, the Russian Black Sea Fleet is trying to protect the ships that still remain in Sevastopol.
Previously, Russia transferred all carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles and other significant ships of the Black Sea Fleet to the naval base in Novorossiysk. However, Ukrainian naval drones used to reach there too.
