All four are wanted under articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (which are not specified).

Former Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexei Danilov has been placed on Russia’s wanted list. Russian propaganda publications wrote about this on Sunday, May 5, with reference to the database of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

He is wanted under an article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The Russians also put on the wanted list the former head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (from June 19, 2014 to August 29, 2019) Pavel Klimkin and the 16th Prime Minister of Ukraine (from April 14, 2016 to August 29, 2019) Vladimir Groysman. In addition, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs placed the former Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Arsen Avakov, on the wanted list.

Let’s recall that at the end of 2023, Moscow put the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, on the wanted list.

After the destruction of the Russian BDK “Novocherkassk”, the occupiers put the Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Nikolai Oleshchuk on the wanted list, accusing him of committing a “terrorist act”.

In the spring, Russia demanded that Ukraine arrest the head of its own Security Service, Vasily Malyuk.

This Saturday, May 4, it was learned that the current and former president of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky and Petro Poroshenko, were placed on the list of wanted in Russia.
