The administration said restoration work is underway at the impact sites.
“The enemy has carried out an air strike on energy facilities in the Sumy region. All necessary services are functioning on the ground,” the message said.
The OVA adds clarifying the consequences of an enemy attack in the region.
“Stay tuned for further reports on the situation,” the administration added.
There were no reports of casualties as a result of the attack.
OVA also reminded that the air raid is continuing and called on local residents not to leave the shelter.
“Keep calm, do not ignore air raid signals. Stay in shelters,” the statement said.
Earlier, the Public correspondent reported hearing explosions in Sumy. After that, electricity and water went out in parts of the city.
Explosions were heard in Kharkov during the day. A residential construction site in the central part of the city was attacked by Russia. At first it was known about two wounded, later their number increased to ten.
