Data from thousands of online Bundeswehr meetings has been publicly available online for months due to problems with the Webex video conferencing system.

As Die Zeit writes, only they managed to find data on 6 thousand video conferences, including: call schedules, data on their duration, meeting topics, as well as the name of the organizers, but not the recording of the conversations themselves. Some of these meetings were classified as secret.
The Bundeswehr stopped using the Webex platform only after journalists contacted them for comment about a possible data leak.
Let us recall that in early March, the Russians managed to intercept a conversation between Bundeswehr officers on the same Webex. Then the German military discussed the possibility of using Taurus cruise missiles to attack the Crimean Bridge.
The German prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into the leak of a conversation between Bundeswehr officers who discussed issues of arms supplies to Ukraine, in particular the possibility of sending Taurus missiles.
