Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan faces treason charges

The former head of the Chamber of Lawyers of Armenia Ara Zohrabyan and reserve colonel of the Armed Forces of Armenia Hayk Nahapetyan submitted to the Office of the Prosecutor General a request to prosecute Pashinyan for erasing the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The authors of the request believe that the head of the government “illegally surrendered Armenian territories and should be found guilty of treason.”

“The application is sent to the NSS (National Security Council – ed.) for the verification of documents, especially a series of property certificates attached to the document After verification, the issue of initiation of a criminal case will be discussed,” the official said.

As is known, according to the agreements reached after the 8th meeting of the commissions of Armenia and Azerbaijan on the delimitation of the state border, the expert groups of the two countries on the border began the process of clarifying the coordinates based on geodetic measurements on the ground. .
