The head of the Kherson OV Alexander Prokudin announced this today, April 29, in his Telegram channel.

The press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office notes that the shelling of the village of the Belozersk community occurred at about 11.30. The victim, who later died on the way to the hospital, was in his garden at the time of the shelling.
A pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war, which is associated with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
According to the investigation, on April 29, at around 11:30, the Russian army once again fired at one of the settlements of the Belozersk community.
