As you know, Kushchevskaya is a military airfield located on the outskirts of the village of Kushchevsk in the Krasnodar region of Russia. This air base is used by the Russians to receive aircraft attacking Ukraine. The 195th training air base using a variety of equipment is stationed at the airfield. Su-27 and MiG-29 fighters and L-39 trainer aircraft are based here.
RBC-Ukraine, citing sources, writes that the Kushchevsk military airfield, Ilsky and Slavyansky oil refineries were attacked by SBU drones. At oil refineries, distillation and atmospheric columns, which are key technological facilities of the plants, were damaged.
Let us remind you that on the night of April 27, the Krasnodar region of Russia was attacked en masse by drones. The drones hit the Slavyansk-ECO oil refinery near the city of Slavyansk-on-Kuban, a bitumen plant, the Ilsky oil refinery, a number of other facilities and a military airfield in the village of Kushchevskaya.
