On Friday, April 26, the aggressor country of the Russian Federation put two underwater missile carriers on combat duty in the Black Sea. The enemy did this after a rather long pause. These submarines can launch up to eight Calibers. All other launch vehicles are located at their home bases. The Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
The missile danger level is very high! Be alert to air raid alarms. Promptly move to shelter, do not neglect your own safety! – the military added.
As you know, Caliber cruise missiles are launched from ships and submarines. The enemy most often carries out these launches beyond the reach of Ukrainian means of destruction.
Let us recall that on March 31, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, warned that the shelling of Ukraine by Russian “Caliber” could happen soon, because the invaders did not use these missiles for a long time and accumulated them.
