Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba spoke on the phone with the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
“I spoke on the phone with Josep Borrell before this week’s historic EU summit. Ukraine’s status as a candidate for EU membership will draw the line under decades of uncertainty and carved in stone: “Ukraine is Europe, not part of the world of Russia. Thank you EU High Representative for supporting Ukraine on this path,” Kuleba said.
