“Within the community of Zolochiv there are facts of water overflowing the dam in the area of the third, fourth and fifth locks,” the message said.
Law enforcement officers control traffic and warn drivers to obey the speed limit on specified road sections.
In this regard, the head of the Zolochiv community, Alexander Lazarenko, clarified on Facebook that there is an overflow of water in the dam near the third and fourth locks.
“According to the information from the leaders of the RVA, the water level in the Dnieper should drop during the day.
We remind you that on April 18 in Kyiv, the water level in the Dnieper was at its highest since the beginning of spring. No emergency flooding was recorded in the city.
