As a result of the Russian attack on the city of Chasov Yar in the Donetsk region, one person was killed and 11 were injured. Among those injured were children, Pavel Kirilenko, head of the regional military administration, said on June 22.
He noted that Russian troops were firing on the shores of Golden Rybka Lake inside the city. According to preliminary information, the enemy used cluster shells.
“Six children were injured as a result of yesterday’s shooting in Chasovoy Yar … In total, one person (mother of two children) was killed as a result of the shooting, 11 were injured,” the OVA chief pointed out.
Recall that on the day of June 20, the Russians opened fire on 16 communities in the Donetsk region. As a result of the attacks, three civilians were killed and two were injured.
