310 congressmen voted “for”, 112 legislators voted “against”.

The Voice of America drew attention to the large number of Ukrainian flags in the hands of American legislators in the US House of Representatives.
This law provides:
- about 14 billion dollars. to buy American weapons to provide to Ukraine;
- 13 billion to replenish the Pentagon’s reserves;
- 7 billion to strengthen US positions in the region to increase the defense capabilities of allies;
- nearly $9 billion in economic aid as loans.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said the Senate has “preliminary agreement” to hold its first roll call vote on the foreign aid bill on Tuesday afternoon.
Schumer noted that finalizing the date for the vote requires the agreement of all 100 senators, and he is now collecting votes.
Hopefully we can make an announcement later this morning,” the Senate Majority Speaker said.
The document will then be sent to US President Joe Biden for signature. He previously stated that he would immediately sign the resulting bill.
