Kelin also said that Moscow and London had already reached the lowest point in the relationship, but there was no talk of a break.
“Below, most likely, is just a break in the relationship. As far as I understand, there has been no talk about it yet. A year ago, we said it was the lowest point and our relationships were zero, but it turns out that a little more can be done. , without hesitation, ”said the diplomat.
According to Kelin, the British authorities are “still in favor of maintaining liaison between the embassies, and this is necessary, no doubt, for both sides.”
