The winner was the team of authors from Khmelnitsky, Viktor Golubev and Dmitry Reifschneider. Their project includes a memorial square, a museum, a monument to an unknown fallen soldier, a chapel and a columbarium. The project is not final, discussions will continue.
The greenery in the space will symbolize the color of the nation that went to defend our state.
It is important to understand that the completion of the competition does not mean that this project is final. “We have started an important discussion in order to adequately honor our fallen Defenders,” Lvov Mayor Andrey Sadovyi wrote on his social networks.
