Two weeks ago, Petrichenko’s petition to limit the operation of online casinos received 25 thousand votes necessary for the president’s consideration.
In the Donetsk region, Pavel Petrichenko, a soldier of the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade named after Yakov Handzyuk, who was the author of a petition to limit online casinos for military personnel during martial law, died. Petrichenko’s death was reported by his sister Marina on Facebook.
“Today in the Donetsk region, my brother, sergeant of the 59th brigade Pavel Petrichenko, died in a combat mission,” he wrote.
The woman asked not to disturb the family and promised to let them know the time and place of the farewell to the military man.
Before the mass raid, Pavel was a social activist – a participant in Euromaidan, an active participant in the initiative “Who Ordered Katya Handzyuk”, and an organizer of rallies in support of Sergei Sternenko. In March 2022, he was involved in the development of the Sergei Pritula volunteer center, and in April he went to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On March 29, Petrichenko’s petition to limit the operation of online casinos on the website of the Office of the President received more than 26 thousand votes from the 25 thousand required for consideration. The last video with Pavel, where he explained how widespread the entertainment of online casinos is in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, was released the previous day, on April 14.
It was previously reported that TV presenter Pyotr Tsurukin, who was considered missing, died in the war.
