There is unrest in the Kharkov region, where on April 12 the enemy fired heavy artillery at two villages in the Kupyansky district. At about 11:15 am Russian heavy artillery shelled the village of Monachinovka. A 72-year-old man and a 76-year-old woman were injured as a result of being hit by 152 mm shells. They refused hospitalization and received medical care on the spot. Residential buildings in the village were damaged. The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this on Telegram.
The village of Kupyansk-Uzlovoy was also under enemy fire. It was previously established that the Russians fired artillery again. A 64-year-old man was killed as a result of the shelling.
The Kupyansk district prosecutor’s office of the Kharkov region began pre-trial investigations under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Law enforcement officials continue to document war crimes committed by the invaders.
A drone of the occupiers attacked a residential building in Novoberislav in the Kherson region. A man was injured. Doctors are helping him.
And in Konstantinovka, Donetsk region, as a result of shelling, a fire broke out in a five-story apartment building. At least six people were injured.
Let us remind you that in the Kharkov region, local authorities decided to force the evacuation of families with children from another 47 front-line settlements. People are being resettled from settlements close to the border with Russia in the Kharkov, Bogodukhovsky and Izyumsky districts.
