Vladimir Zelensky thanked the Riga official for his willingness to help our country defend against Russian aggression.
Latvia will provide military support to Ukraine in the amount of about 112 million euros in 2024. President Vladimir Zelensky announced this on his Telegram channel after the signing of the Agreement between Ukraine and Latvia on cooperation in the field of security and long-term support .
“This year, Latvia will provide military support of about 112 million euros. Latvia will also help in reconstruction and development, protection of critical infrastructures, mine clearance, unmanned technologies and cybersecurity,” added of the head of state.
The Ukrainian leader thanked Latvia for its readiness to help our country defend against Russian aggression.
As we wrote earlier, Ukraine and Latvia will launch joint production of shells and drones.
