“At night in the Dolgintsevsky district on the street of the 21st Brigade of the NSU, an explosion occurred in an apartment on the fourth floor of a nine-story building, which was not related to military operations. The causes of the explosion were established .The resulting fire was extinguished,” he wrote.
According to Vilkul, the ceilings between the 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th floors of the house were destroyed. Seven people were injured, two of whom were hospitalized in moderate condition.
Debris clearing continues – there may still be victims under the rubble.
“All operational and municipal services of the city are involved. At 6 o’clock in the morning, a headquarters will be set up at school No. 128, where residents of the affected apartments can contact, the materials in construction will be provided,” the official added.
