The offender admitted his guilt at the court hearing, repented and asked to consider his emotional state.
The court brought to administrative responsibility a woman who beat the car windows in a territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC and SP) in the Khmelnitsky region with a stick. In particular, the offender was fined 85 hryvnia. This was discussed in the resolution of the Izyaslavsky District Court of the Khmelnytsky region.
A woman who worked as a laundry typist at a local kindergarten on March 29 used obscene language to a TCC employee and broke the windows of a Mercedes-Benz car with a wooden stick, “thus disturbing the order of the public and the peace of the citizens.”
At the court hearing, the defendant fully admitted his guilt and repented. He asked to consider his emotional state related to the constant concern about his son, who was mobilized in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The woman promised not to do any more illegal activities.
The injured TCC employee did not appear at the court hearing, but in writing asked the court to impose the maximum possible punishment on the accused.
The court decided to find the woman guilty of petty hooliganism and impose a fine of 85 hryvnias, as well as a court fee of 605 hryvnias.
Petty hooliganism is punishable by a fine of 51 to 119 hryvnias, or community service for up to 60 hours, or correctional labor for up to 2 months with a deduction of 20% of earnings, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
We remind you that the Khmelnitsky Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCS) reported that during the work of the Shepetivka RTSC they were attacked by a group of aggressive local residents.
Subsequently, it became known that the woman who attacked the car of TCC workers in the Khmelnitsky region will be punished.
