Consideration of the bill in the Rada begins on April 10. The committee made the decision with 13 votes in favor, with five people’s deputies abstaining.
The final version of the mobilization bill, prepared for the second reading, was published by People’s Deputy Alexey Goncharenko.
It retains the provision on the right to demobilization of people with disabilities. Demobilization in connection with release from captivity (if the military personnel did not express a desire to continue military service).
Those deemed to be of limited fitness are required to undergo a re-examination within 12 months.
If the first contract is signed, military personnel are entitled to compensation of 50% of the first installment on the loan secured by the subject of the mortgage.
Persons with disabilities who received group 2-3 after February 24, 2022 (except for military personnel) are subject to a repeat medical examination to determine suitability for service.
They want to pay all military personnel a monthly remuneration for the specifics of their service in the amount of 10 thousand UAH.
70 thousand UAH of monthly payments to those who participate in “zero-zero” combat operations and carry out counter-offensive tasks up to and including a company strong point, as well as on enemy territory.
Restrictions are being introduced on consular services for men aged 18 to 60 years without military registration documents, as well as restrictions on driving vehicles for men of the appropriate age at the request of the TCC.
Previously, Racurs reported that the provision on demobilization after 36 months of service was excluded from the mobilization bill. The provision was removed on the initiative of Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky, reports the UP, which has his letter to Defense Minister Umerov. They plan to consider demobilization issues separately.
