Donald Trump’s campaign adviser Jason Miller called Trump’s “peace plan” for Ukraine, released by The Washington Post, “fairy news.”

According to him, Trump will not accept any peace plan until he takes office as president of the United States if he wins and can properly weigh all options.
This is all fake news from the Washington Post. They’re just making it up,” Miller told the New York Post.
He added that Trump is supposedly “the only one who talks about stopping the killing.”
“Rakurs” wrote that the Washington Post, citing anonymous informed sources, published an article on April 7 saying: US ex-President Donald Trump, who is again running for president, allegedly has a plan to end Russia’s war in Ukraine if he returns to the White House.
The newspaper’s interlocutors familiar with the plan said that Trump plans to put pressure on Kyiv and force Ukraine to give up part of its territory, including Crimea and Donbass.
This approach is radically different from the policy of current US President Joe Biden, who emphasizes resistance to Russian aggression and provides military support to Ukraine.
Foreign policy advisers and strategists who support Trump oppose further NATO expansion (essentially, Ukraine’s entry into NATO). They believe that Washington needs to neutralize threats to US interests from China and prevent further growth of Russia’s dependence on China in the military, industrial and economic spheres, writes the Washington Post.
In a private conversation, Trump allegedly said that, in his opinion, both Russia and Ukraine “want to save face, want to get out” of the current situation and that residents of some parts of Ukraine would not mind becoming part of Russia. At least, this was what the interlocutor who discussed these issues directly with Trump told the newspaper.
Some Trump fans have tried to persuade him to abandon this approach.
