This was reported today, April 4, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
It is noted that the branch of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Mariupol will begin training police officers on September 1 and is designed for 400 students. At the same time, the institution will have a faculty that trains employees for the special services.
Russians are a typical police country, where working in the service of the Kremlin is the only option to have a future in life. That is why the enemy is opening this branch, to recruit Ukrainians there and re-educate them into dogs of the regime,” the CNS notes.
It is noted that by such actions, the Russians also ignore international humanitarian law, which does not allow the recruitment of the local population into militaristic associations.
We urge international legal institutions to pay attention to yet another Russian crime against humanity. And we will remind local collaborators of the inevitability of responsibility for crimes committed against the state,” the CNS notes and urges them to report information about violations of international rights by the occupiers to the appropriate chatbot.
