The President of Ukraine signed a law on the creation of an electronic register of those liable for military service. Thanks to this, the Ministry of Defense will receive data on citizens from 17 to 60 years old, who are contained in various state registers.

The Ministry of Defense also calls bill No. 10062 “critical for Ukraine’s defense capability,” since “the implementation of its provisions will facilitate the rapid collection, processing and use of military data, and will finally transfer services and processes for military personnel into a convenient digital format.”
The Ministry of Defense also announced that in the office of the conscript it will be possible to update data without visiting the TCC, and then this data will be used in acquisition centers.
The document provides for the improvement of the register of conscripts, military personnel and reservists. A portal of electronic services will also be created for military personnel and those liable for military service – for example, it will be possible to obtain UBI status online, offline and automatically if all the data is available in the system.
What data will the electronic registry collect:
- phone numbers;
- email addresses;
- information about the parents of the person liable for military service;
- details of internal and international passports;
- data on travel abroad;
- information about knowledge of foreign languages;
- gun ownership information;
- having a driver’s license;
- criminal record information, etc.
