Russian terrorists receive answers, each time longer answers, the head of state emphasized.
The Russian military launched a missile strike on the Dnieper, damaging a college and a kindergarten. The Russian Federation will receive an increasingly long-term response for such attacks. President Vladimir Zelensky said this in an evening video message on Tuesday, April 2.
“At the moment, rescue work continues in the Dnepr after the Russian missile attack. In particular, the buildings of a college and kindergarten were damaged. All services are in place. I thank all those who responded, who will go to the sites of the attacks to help people as soon as possible. This is the most important. Equally important is the fact that the Russian terrorists are receiving responses to their attacks. Each time, longer responses,” said the head of state.
Zelensky said that everyone involved in the Russian invasion must really feel that the invasion will not just go away for them.
“Evil must be defeated. And will be defeated. And I emphasize once again: air defense for Ukraine is the protection of life, it must work, the air defense systems that exist in the world cannot simply- just gather dust somewhere on the bases, when they save thousands of lives from Russian terrorism,” the president said.
We remind you that on the afternoon of April 2, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the Dnieper. Initially, five casualties were reported. Later it became known about 13 victims, including five children.
So far, 18 victims are known. Five children were hospitalized. A kindergarten, college and business were destroyed.
