On the occasion of the second anniversary of the liberation of Bucha from the Russian occupiers, the US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink visited the Kyiv region and said she saw “the hope, the indomitable spirit of the people Ukrainian.” This was stated on Sunday, March 31, in the official Telegram of the US Embassy in Ukraine.
“On the second anniversary of the liberation of Bucha from Russian troops, I saw the hope, calm spirit and resilience of the Ukrainian people,” the message said.
It is known that the ambassador in Bucha visited two businesses run by women who not only survived the Russian occupation, but also expanded their businesses thanks to US assistance.
“I met with Mayor Fedoruk and saw the generators and mobile power stations we provided, which will provide electricity to 50,000 city residents,” the ambassador added.
As reported, more than 100 Russians have been identified as having committed war crimes in Bucha. A large amount of information was received about units of the Russian Armed Forces located in Bucha.
