In the Kharkov region, electricity is not limited at night, but in the morning, due to increased consumption, hourly outage schedules are introduced. At 11:30, about 200 thousand consumers were de-energized in the Kharkov region.
“At night, if consumption increases, it is possible to apply measures to limit consumption in other areas in the east and Dnieper regions,” they warned. Ukrainergo.
At the same time, the energy system operates in a balanced way. No power shortages are foreseen. In the evening, it is planned to be exported to Romania, Slovakia, and Moldova with a total volume of 873 MWh.
Due to bad weather in Ukraine, more than 200 settlements in Transcarpathian, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytsky, and Chernivtsi regions were cut off.
For other reasons, 374 negotiations were terminated. Due to the fighting, power was cut in the regions of Vinnitsa, Donetsk, Kharkov and Kherson.
