The press service of the Ministry of Justice reported this on March 25.
On March 22, 2024, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a claim with the High Anti-Corruption Court for the application of the sanction provided for in paragraph 1-1 of part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions” against Dmitry Vladimirovich Tabachnik, a third party who does not make independent claims: Alla Viktorovna Tabachnik, – stated the Ministry of Justice.
It is also noted that Tabachnyk, after the events of the Revolution of Dignity, left Ukraine and is in temporarily occupied territories and collaborates with Russian Nazis.
On March 21, the Yanukovych-era minister received a prison term for collaboration in southern Ukraine. The court sentenced Tabachnik to 15 years in prison in absentia.
The Security Service of Ukraine reported that after the start of the full-scale invasion, Tabachnik provided the occupiers with forecasts for the development of the social situation in Ukraine, and subsequently advised the collaboration “heads” of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, Vladimir Saldo and Yevgeny Balitsky, on holding a referendum on “annexation” to the Russian Federation.
