The Chairman of the ruling regime of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, spoke to the Russian people about the terrorist attack in the Moscow region on the night of March 22. This was confirmed by a video published by the Kremlin press service on social network.
The leader of the aggressor state declared March 24 a day of national mourning in Russia.
According to him, “a window has been prepared” for suspected terrorist attacks to cross the Ukrainian border.
The Kremlin leader promised to identify all those who ordered the terrorist attack and assured that they will “suffer a fair punishment.”
“Regarding the investigation, we can say the following: all four perpetrators were found and detained. They tried to escape and move towards Ukraine, where, previously, a window was prepared for them to cross the border,” said the president of Russia. .
According to him, Putin will “join the efforts of other countries in the fight against international terrorism.”
He also added that now it is “the common duty of the Russians,” including those on the front in Ukraine, “to be together in a formation.” Putin assured that no one will be able to “shake their unity and independence.”
Let’s remember that on March 22, a shooting took place in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow.
Remind you that earlier the media said that Vladimir Putin has not appeared in public since the evening of Friday, March 22, when the terrorist attack occurred near Moscow. However, he managed to talk to his Belarusian colleague Alexander Lukashenko.
