The Kremlin leader promised to identify all those who ordered the terrorist attack and assured that they will “suffer a fair punishment.”

“Regarding the investigation, we can say the following: all four perpetrators were found and detained. They tried to escape and move towards Ukraine, where, previously, a window was prepared for them to cross the border,” said the president of Russia. .

According to him, Putin will “join the efforts of other countries in the fight against international terrorism.”

He also added that now it is “the common duty of the Russians,” including those on the front in Ukraine, “to be together in a formation.” Putin assured that no one will be able to “shake their unity and independence.”
