Photos and videos appeared on social networks showing a fire that broke out at the refinery.
A drone attack is reported (according to eyewitnesses, the sound of an engine was heard before the explosions) and two “arrivals”.
Subsequently, Russian media published a statement from local authorities that a fire occurred in a primary oil refining column at the Kuibyshev Oil Refinery JSC.
Tonight there were UAV attacks on oil refineries in the region. As a result, a primary oil refining column caught fire at the Kuibyshev Oil Refinery. There were no casualties or injuries, local officials said.
Kuibyshev Oil Refinery specializes in the production of motor fuel.
