“As before, today’s action to intimidate the Russians will be the reason for the maximum tightening of the screws on Russia itself,” the Main Intelligence Directorate said.

“International embassies are also warning about the preparation of a terrorist attack. It is obvious to the whole world that the terrorist attack in Moscow is another crime by Putin to maintain his own authorities,” said GUR .
