The man observed the movement of military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kharkov and Poltava regions.
A man who leaked data to the Russians about the movement of Ukrainian and foreign military equipment in the Kharkov and Poltava regions has been exposed. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General on Friday, March 22.
According to the investigation, a resident of the village. Cherkasskaya Lozovaya in the Kharkov region, during the entire invasion of the Russian Federation, he moved to Poltava and found work as a stamper in a local enterprise.
In August 2023, he registered in a pro-Russian Telegram group. The purpose of this chat is to send information to Russian authorities about the movement of military equipment throughout the territory of Ukraine.
The suspect used all means of secrecy: he wrote messages under a nickname, hid his number, periodically deleted letters and left the group.
The man observed the movement of military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kharkov and Poltava regions. He documented the route of foreign tanks to Poltava, which international partners moved in aid to Ukraine. After that, the suspect sent information to a pro-Russian chat.

Law enforcement officials exposed him at his residence in Poltava. The man was charged with unauthorized dissemination of information about the direction and movement of arms and weapons throughout the territory of Ukraine.
The suspect was given a preventive measure in the form of detention without the right to bail.
During the court hearing, the man did not hide his pro-Russian position. He said that “Ukraine as a state does not exist, and the current government is illegal.” The question of announcing a new suspicion on him is being decided.
We remind you that a teacher of computer science at one of Zaporozhye universities was found guilty of disseminating information about the deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was sentenced to 9 years in prison.
